Employer Engagement

In this work strand, we aim to:

• Identify and broker employer engagement opportunities for FE and HE partners
• Work to support progression from Apprenticeships, including identifying suitable progression pathways onto partner colleges and universities and developing links with apprenticeship providers
• Advice service for developing employer-led curriculum based on best practice (i.e. Short Courses, CPD etc)
• Offer support for partners across the Employability agenda, including curriculum development support and the dissemination of publications and case studies of good practice
• Information, advice and guidance in the workplace utilising our links with Unionlearn Learning Representatives.
