This event will provide an opportunity to reflect on the experiences of the sudden shift to online and blended learning delivery during the pandemic, including what worked and what should be taken forward beyond Covid-19. At the event, we will be hearing perspectives from partners from both FE and HE on how they adapted to the challenges of lockdown in terms of blended teaching and learning, as well as outreach delivery and what next.

On the 9th we will be hearing from Rosie Francis, Head of Teaching and Learning at City and Islington College (part of Capital City College Group) and Luke Watson, Outreach Practitioner from the University of Arts London, who will sharing their experiences on how the pandemic shaped delivery and lessons learnt.

Attendees will also be hearing from Sarah Sherman, Director and Julian Bream, Digital Learning Coach, from the Bloomsbury Learning Exchange, who will be discussing how to develop an institutional approach to digitally enhanced learning and their work to support education providers in this space.

Attendees will then be encouraged to grab a festive mince pie before going into breakout groups to share challenges, what’s worked and plans going forward.
