At the second Access to HE Diploma practitioner group meeting of this academic year Marisa Castellini, Head of Access to HE at OCN London, will be updating the group on the latest OCN London news and Access developments.

Attendees will also receive updates from our university and college partners on work with Access to HE Diploma learners. Yeliz Ali, Admissions Policy and Fair Access Manager, Faye Yasmin Widening Participation Manager and Miranda Higgins, Widening Participation Officer from Goldsmiths, University of London, will be providing an overview from both an HE admissions and WP perspective. We will then hear from Josie Smith and Paula Bloomfield from London South East Colleges (LSEC), who will be outlining their Access offer, including challenges faced during the pandemic and what's worked.

Via our round table update, we will provide an opportunity for partners to share the latest news from our college and university partners regarding Access delivery and HE outreach activities. And finally, Linking London colleagues, Jess and Jade will update the group on our OfS funded Uni Connect adult learner offer to college partners and exploring with colleagues what support colleges would value in the year ahead.

This meeting is aimed at college Access teaching staff and heads of department, student support service staff and careers advisers, as well as university outreach and admissions staff, but anyone with an interest in Access to HE Diploma developments is very welcome to attend.
