International Women's day event
Linking London and Birkbeck College are hosting this event to mark International Women’s Day.
Taking place from 12-2pm, this seminar will be an informal gathering and opportunity to discuss the current state of play in terms of women’s access to the professions. We will explore what progress there has been and which goals are yet to be achieved for women gaining positions of leadership.
The scene will be set by Anna Lemmon from the Institute of Administrative Management whose current area of study is focusing on the relationship between language, gender and power in social contexts.
This event is free, refreshments will be provided.
