Linking London IAG Practitioner Group Meeting The first IAG Practitioner Group Meeting of the 2020-21 academic year, set in the context of the pandemic and the shift to online IAG.
Linking London Access to HE Diploma Practitioner Group Meeting The first meeting of this academic year will include an input from Julie Mizon, Access Manager at The Quality Assurance Agency, who will be providing a QAA update and perspectives on what’s in the pipeline for Access qualifications. Marisa Castellini, Head of Access to HE at OCN London, will be updating the group on the latest OCN London news and Linking London staff will be sharing their mapping of HE entry requirements for Access students for 2021 entry.
Linking London BTEC Practitioner Group Meeting The first BTEC Practitioner Group meeting of this academic year will provide an opportunity for practitioners to explore the latest BTEC developments and issues affecting the qualification, in the context of progression to higher level learning.
Linking London Student Retention and Success Practitioner Meeting In this first meeting of the academic year, chaired by Michael Hill, Assistant Professor in Learning and Teaching, Centre of Excellence for Learning and Teaching, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, we will be looking at some of the innovative methods and practices that have been adopted by our partners and we will discuss the challenges and issues we face going forward to continue to improve outcomes for students, set in the context of social distancing.
Linking London Higher and Degree Apprenticeship (HADA) Group Meeting This first meeting of the new academic year the Higher and Degree Apprenticeship Group, chaired by Darryll Bravenboer, Director of Apprenticeships and Skills at Middlesex University London, will offer partners an opportunity to provide updates on engagement to date in developing and delivering higher and degree apprenticeships and share issues and good practice.
Linking London HE in FE Practitioner Group Meeting The first HE in FE Practitioner group meeting of the academic year will provide an opportunity for attendees to hear about the latest news and developments in college HE, in the context of social distancing and share good practice and issues for the group to address collaboratively.
